Izanagi makes it so that Danzo doesn't have to react to Ay's speed, he can just take the attack and re spawn, though Ay's speed will still be a bitch to deal with. If Danzo manages to summon Baku and successfully invoke it's suction, it's GG Ay. If he can't, Ay pounds him for 10 minutes straight. Releasing Izanagi is too risky since Danzo can't track or react to Ay's Shunshin.

Though Danzo should be able to summon Baku, so I'll go for him here.

Dunno who would win, Danzo's wind jutsu is a great counter against Ay. But that's only if Danzo can catch him. Couldn't Ay get sucked up by Baku and then tear open his stomach?

I think Baku would suffocate Ay before that happens or Danzo can blow off his raiton armour with fuuton while baku distracts him. Danzo can always just reverse summon Baku after he sucks in Ay and win the battle by BFR

--Danzo isn't landing a single hit on Ay, so intel or not, his Izanagi respawns are reacted to and evaded with ease

--Ay continously blitzes and pulverizes the ever living shit out of Danzo, enforcing him to overuse Izanagi through liger bombs, lariats and lateral chops, and he could do this much longer than Danzo even dreams to outlast him

--Baku is not doing shit, it's suction rane is evaded by Ay with utmost ease, whilst Ay runs towards the back of the summon and obliterates it or just slams Danzo before he resorts to using any of his fuutons which he has no hopes of landing either way

Gyuuki is extremely weak to cutting attack from what I've seen. And I wouldn't credit that to ay since gyuki was restricted by cloud nin.
