This is the two physically strongest (alive) ninjas versus a dead legend whose strength rivaled the 2nd strongest Bijuu - not just that, but he also has the strongest defense (after PS and maybe 3rd Susano'o) in the manga.

Notes: The 3rd Raikage can use trees as weapons - Tsunade CAN summon her slugs.
Morals: Off (they're all bloodlust'd)


Who'll win?

Scenario 1: Normal match (everything allowed).
Scenario 2: Neji and Kiba come to help the 3rd Raikage 10 seconds before the battle starts.

Opinion for scenario 2: Kiba and Neji would distract Tsunade (she'd eventually kill them) while the 3rd manhandles Ay.

The 3rd beats them both handily. Neither A nor Tsunade have the strength to penetrate both the 3rd's shield and his skin, whereas Tsunade is far too slow to keep up. The 3rd dices her up, tanks through his son's attempts to attack him, then stabs through him with Nukite as well.

I think Particle Style could hurt (and potentially one shot) The Third really bad, so sure.

--neither tsunade nor A have any way of bypassing his raiton armor meaning that all their attacks are useless and with the raikage being faster than tsunade he proceeds to chop her in prices through his hell stab and behead her

--A's speed is good and all but the raikage doesn't need his strongest spear to kill his son a even if A figures out his fathers weakness (which he won't) it'll be meaningless if his dad doesn't use it. As all the raikage needs is to land one blow from his hell stab and his son is done for

--prolonging the battle is useless as well seeing how the raikages reserves are clearly higher than A and tsunades

Team 1 can't even hurt him since he tanked FRS with his Raiton Armor on. Ay's speed and Tsunade's Byakugo would prolong the fight though, but once Ay gets hit by anything above a 4 Fingered Nukite, he's done for. Tsunade just gets cut apart until her seal's chakra runs out, or the Raikage simply goes for her head once he sees her regenerate from all of his attacks.

The trick Naruto pulled won't work here either. We don't know if Ay can pull that off, and the Raikage won't use his strongest spear to kill these guys. Not needed. KCM Naruto was faster than Ay and himself when he's using Sage Mode, but he decided to use Sage Mode to counter the Raikage.
