Itachi and Kisame win, mid diff.

Samehada can eat Ay's lightning armor and could tank Jinton, highly unlikely though.
Ay has been shown to be susceptible to genjutsu in the Gokage vs Madara fight, and Itachi would make short work of him, via Tsukuyomi.
As for Ohnoki, he hasn't shown speed able to dodge Amaterasu, nor could he even hold his own against Kisame, as he can use the large shark ninjutsu that absorbs chakra from Turtle Island.

Full intel means Itachi will be expecting their 1-hit KO combo, giving him the opportunity to put up a defense before they reach him. Kisame simply heals from the damage done.
After their combo fails the rest of their arsenals can be dealt with just as easily, with the Akatsuki duo eventually winning.

Akatsuki combo rape. Ay is a close range fighter, and hasnt shown the ability to fight blindsided. If he looks down, amaterasu gets him. If not, tsukuyomi gets him. Onoki cannot handle itachi's haxx and kisame's overwhelming technique.

I never used Dust Style in my argument (because its not needed) but should Kisame do shoot his Great Shark Bullet Onoki splits his blast through the middle and shark bullet passes right through and he still vaporizes them. Just saying.

...Which would result in Great Shark Bullet making direct contact with Onoki, draining him of chakra and killing him. Besides, GSB has a wide range so if Itachi and Kisame stay directly behind the shark bullet, the jinton won't make contact with them.

I don't see Jinton blitzing anyone if Kisame could respond to a V2 lariat from Bee by positioning Samehada to absorb it. He'll do the same thing here.
