Water dome is non factor since Kisame can't use it without trapping his teammate Itachi, or WW easily destroys the dome. None of Itachi's attacks are landing on V2 Ay and Bee can go V2, run away to a distance, go BM, and just nuke 'em with TBB.

Itachi and Kisame probably win, unless Bee starts throwing Tailed Beast Balls. Itachi can get Ay in genjutsu, but he'd probably have more trouble with Bee. I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the Bijuu can wake their Jinchuuriki from genjutsu. From there, though, once Ay is restrained, Itachi and Kisame can team up on Bee and together they'd undoubtedly be able to beat him.

.If Kisame managed to react to it Im pretty sure that Itachi, who have a five in speed and managed to blitz speedsters like Sasuke can. And Tsukuyomi is always a factor. Plus once he goes BM Amaterasu lands on him before TBB is prepped. And since he did not have shown to be able to rip his own tentacles by himself, its pretty much GG.
And who said that Water Dome is a non factores? It follows Kisame, so Itachi pretty much just needs to swim on the oposite direction that Bee is going and with Kisame following Bee he eventually leaves the Dome.

Bee is a perfect fighter against Itachi. His ocular powers are meaningless to his Bijuu's power. His Tsukuyomi can't put Bee down with the partner method advantage. Simply put it, if Bee is caught within the Genjutsu, Hachibi takes over his mind and fights Itachi instead, while healing Bee's mental damage which shouldn't take very long - considering Tsunade healed Sasuke from Tsukuyomi's side-effects; Bijuu's Chakra have greater healing capacity than Tsunade. Amatersu is either dodged with V2 cloak, tanked with a cloak, or substituted with a clone. Susanoo gets shitted by either Lariat or a Bijuu Dama, as it was pulverized by Kirin and it's something around small mountain AOE.

Ay is literally a weakness to Kisame. Firstly, the overwhelming speed difference and Raiton versatility over Suiton. Kisame can hardly react to 6th Gate Gai's movements, who is slower than Ay. So there is the fact he gets blitzed all over the place. Then there is the fact his Suiton is useless with Ay causing electrical waves to paralyze Kisame; much in the fashion Edo Madara was from Mei's Sution fused with Ay's Raiton.

Really, the Kumogakure molesters these fools.

People in this forum seriously disregard the manga and answer based on their own fanfictions.

Kisame's Absorbent Water Shark takes care of the "Bijuudama spam" (which by the way, not only hasn't happened, but the closest thing to a Bijuudama spam got fodderized by a weak defense).

Itachi could also either block them with Yata Mirror, or absorb the Bijuudamas along Killer Bee.

Kisame could barely react to V1 Bee who is canonically slower than V2 Ay. Kisame is at risk of being blitzed here. And really here, despite how powerful everyone is, Bee is a tier above because of Bijuu dama usage. Team 2 has no way of handling Bijuu dama spam.

EMS Sasuke who fought Kabutomaru is EQUAL to Itachi in Edo Form (and Edo canonically makes every Visual Kekkei Genkai user significantly weaker), let alone a healthy, alive Itachi. Saying 3T Hebi Sasuke is stronger than MS Itachi is like saying that Konohamaru is stronger than Kaguya.

Just compare alive Rinnegan Madara and Edo Rinnegan Madara with Wood Release. The former effortlessly killed everyone, while the latter whom has access to more powers and infinite chakra was struggling against Edo Hashirama, who is also weaker than when he's was alive.
It was also brought up that even the modern Edo Tenseis that Kabuto created, when they have modern visual KKG's like Itachi and more specifically Madara get a lot weaker when they're in their Edo form regardless of having infinite chakra because they're a lot less durable and cannot take advantage of their visual powers.
