Use the same principle as cutting the leaf, but cut that waterfall over there. Make the wind bigger and stronger to cut the waterfall.

I focus on my wind chakra more and make it sharp and thin buts still its not enough

I focus and consantrate relese lots of chakra so the wind is bigger and stronger and I finally cut the waterfall

As the description states, you need to release a blast of wind. Useful only for weapon speeding or against weaker techniques, this is just a sort of introduction technique to wind jutsu.

Throw some shuriken, and use the air near them to move them in a different direction. This is a very subtle technique, and requires good control.

I throw a shuriken it moves around 1st right then up then down then right again then it does a 360 spin
now to do it with a few shuriken I throw 4 shuriken and try to do the same but its harder I try 3 times more and finnally get it right the shuriken first goes left then right then left then up

my addition I throw a demon wind shuriken and move it first right and then left and then down
