it took quite a bit of work on kishi's part to nullify the edo hokages so that Nardo and sauce can shine, why would he just revive them

Naruto does have the kunai. Minato and Tobi can teleport to him. Hashi is taking a dirt nap. Hiruzen can just walk there without a care.
