For an Art Contest medal you need to be in the top three of an Art Contest. For a SOTW-medal you need to win SOTW. For a FF-medal you need to be in the top three of a FF-contest etc. Though there are a lot of medals which can be a bit confusing like 500th page winner as those aren't given anymore.

Try the FF contest. With your level of grammar and maturity ( smn giv me n awrd plz ) you're a shoo-in to win.

Just try not to remember that all the votes for your FF will be from people who've keeled over laughing at your attempt ( or crying, if you planned to make a comedy ) and their gasps accidentally created an air pressure that clicked the mouse button that made them vote for you.
