Awakening the Rinnengan?

I was just wondering to myself but since the uchiha, hyuga,senju, and uzumaki are descendants of the Sage of 6 Paths do they all have potential to awaken the Rinnengan

I totally agree, i have not seen proof that you need to be an uchiha only, I think we need to see what happens with when sasuke talks to the one that knows all.

The Byakugan is stronger then the regular Sharingan, but I don't think we will ever get to see if it has the potential to be more, the series is coming to an end soon I think.

i dont believe this to be true, if he is the only one, how does he have both of his, tobi has one, and nagato had 2(which one of them may have went to tobi)
but there is at least 3 rinnegan eyes active now so someone besides madara had to figure it out

No, Madara said rinnegan comes after the EMS but HE NEVER SAID IT WAS THE ONLY WAY TO OBTAIN RINNEGAN! Also Tobi is a well known liar so, don't belive everything he says is true. Oh and why the hell would Tobi give Nagato the rinnegan, when he could just give it to himself?
