Awakening Takeshi's Sharingan!!!!!

The Sharingan is a KG coming from the Uchiha clan. Only the Uchiha clan members are able to awaken a sharingan though not everyone is able to do so. Only other exception to this rule is that it can also be operated on. For example Kakashi is not a member of the Uchiha clan however he has the sharingan and able to use it.
There are three stages to the sharingan which is shows on the users eye from the moment it gets activated. Depending on what stage it has been awaken it will show up around the center pupol to three pupils called the Tomoe.
Each stage has it's advantages and the more Tomoe you have the more powerful the KG becomes. Ofcourse it's all depending on the users abilities as well.
One of the great advantages that I know of is that it is able to sense chakra flow throughout the body and which in turn gives the user highend sense of abilities during the time it is activated. The user is also able to use genjutsu with the sharingan. The effectiveness and the power determines how hard the user had trained and battled with the sharingan.

correct. now when i had my sharingan activated, there were 2 ways to activate it: pure hatred (in other words ur gonna have to hate me well a lot like u wanna kill me or w/e O_O) or a near-death experience.
but now its only near death experiences that will do it. so then, i just have one thing to ask you, when im helping you activate your sharingan, per se, beating you up , you mustn't retaliate, whatsoever. understand?

*As I'm getting kicked and punched continuously, one of the kicks hits me hard enough that knocks me back 5 feet, skidding across the grassy field. I get to one knee and notice that I am already bleeding from the nose and mouth. I gather myself and walks back towards akiza.*

(Chidori Eisou) - Thousand Birds Sharp Spear

Description: The user is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending blade
of lightning. Though unstated, this blade probably takes on Chidori's characteristics,

strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the
target to go numb from the electrical charge.
And when the spear is fully formed, my clones form an opening on you and i throw the spear at u. shocking you completely/to the maximum that i think a normal ninja can take to aid in activating their sharingan.
Now, u must use this pain you are feeling to activate the sharingan, use the pain to make your chakra flow faster than it usually does to that eye to make the sharingan appear. hopefully, this will be the only thing it takes...ive had harder ones, who have had to take a world more of hurt.

As I see your sword implanted to the ground, I quickly see an electrical current come towards me. As it hits me I am shocked and immobolized. Through the pain a second current comes from above me, shocking me now from above and from below expriencing excruciating pain. Thoughout the pain i sense that my blood and chakra is rushing through my body faster than ever before. Thats when I notice and hear another lightning form chakra being formed. Not soon after I feel emmence and unbearible pain enter through my body. As I drop to the ground I am still shocked and cannot move an inch.
As i am still on the ground I can feel my chakra moving faster than before. In desperation and in anger I send all the chakra flow to my eyes. Sharingan activated. Passes out from the pain.
