Awakening Mangekyo Sharingan

Mangekyo sharingan can be awakened by the emotions you have when when you lose someone close. So technically it's the emotions that awaken it. Alright, my question is that if you fall under a genjutsu (doesn't necessarily have to be a genjutstu according to me) and you ASSUME that a close friend has died, do you awaken the Mangekyo?

That means Madara didnt kill Tobi, Madara dies from sickness causing Tobi to obtain MS and hate toward konoha. Even better Madara was trying to protect Tobi whilst dying in the process causing Tobi to hate konoha being the little brother. At the moment of Madaras death he gave Tobi his powers, oh snap just like Itachi n Sasuke.

Sasuke got MS/Susano/Amaterasu when Itachi slap Sasuke forehead
