Awakening byakugan

Today's chapter give us a hint that in order to awakne byakugan one needs to feel some kind of -ve emotions. When teddy bear got in to two pieces Himawari felt angry and awakned byakugan. I wonder what kind of emotions Hinata and Neji gone through in order to awaken it.

Neji and Hinata were shown weaving signs or releasing chakra by putting their fingers to their forehead, back in Part 1. Himawari's chakra probably flared up when her plush was destroyed. Hinata likely taught both Boruto and Himawari Gentle Fist (as seen in the chapter and the Boruto movie), and Himawari knew where to hit Naruto to shut down his chakra points.

The pure blood kids form hyuuga has white colour in their eye. But inorder to awaken it I think they need ot go through -ve imotions. It might be anything anger, tiredness, Sad, fear.....

Neji and Hinata didn't awaken it, they were born with it. Himawari awakened hers with emotions like the Sharingan because she's a hybrid Ootsutsuki like Indra was.

No, you need the tenseigan altar and bykugan to awaken tenseigan eyes.

Are you sure tenseigan altar to gain tenseigan? I thought one from Hamura needs byakugan and instantly gains Tenseigan
