Awaken Sharingan lvl

When Obito awaken his sharingan he got 2T'S and Sarada only 1T. Is it becuz Obito was in battle and Sarada wasn't?

so i was watching some episodes and i always wonder why obito skip some phases of the sharingan first when he awaken his sharingan it had two Tomei and then when he saw rin die he awakens the Ms so why was he the only one to skip some phases unlike the rest

he did went through the first phase but it wasn't shown since every uchiha has to go through phase 1 and then 2 and 3 but obito was went to 2 then went to Ms what im saying is just because sarada wasn't in battle doesn't mean nothing since either kishi just forgot and skip phases or his sharingan was a little special since he is the only one to have kamui

If you look closely in the panel with obito and kakashi both awakening mangekyo you can see he has third tamoi before it changes to mangekyo. It went from 2 tamoi --> 3 tamoi --> mangekyo forming --> full mangekyo. Then he rampaged of course XD
