I just need a simple avatar should not be hard just cropping.

It's Cecil from FF4 made by blackorb00 on deviantart, if I can't use art from deviantart I'll come back with a diffirent request.
I want the face and part of the chest shown, I don't want the whole pic or just face either. You can expose some of the shoulders, arms and background. I would have done this my self, but my computer won't let me. Thank you for anyone who tries. Make it 150 x 200 or something that looks good but lower, which is the limit for avatar size for me. For some reason I can't rep.
