By doing this, he can take water from a surrounding source and launches a rushing surge of water at his enemy. The torrent of high pressure water is large enough to cover the entire of the mid range on a battle field. It also has deadly force and cutting power. This also increases the force that he can put behind an attack making his strength seem to drastically increase.
