Not bad. Your resizing is good, and you can find better stocks. Try Deviantart for digitally colored linearts. They are the best type of stocks imo. Or Zerochan, if you want your stocks to look more artistic.

first and last are pretty nice. The middle one didn't need a border, but even though, i don't like the stock... it's not a stock i'd pick for avatars. Just giving you a sense of my taste.
