Avatars and Signature

Despite having Photoshop CS6 for a few months now, I still suck at using it, so I recently got some advice on a couple of things and decided to put it through some practical testing. I made some avatars and a signature (my first real attempt at one since...I don't remember when), which I'm hoping I can get some CnC on. As always, I hope you guys like them.
