I am in need of a avatar and a nifty sig. I would be very grateful if anyone can help me out.
I need it to be of one of my fav Heroes characters, Peter (Milo Ventimiglia).

I need the avatar to be 150x200 and if possible, a 150x300 (would like to have Premium soon). The Signature is up to you but please don't make it too big. I am fine with a small, simple sig.

I would like the border for the avatar to resemble this style:
See how the border was done? I would like that kind of border style.
Could the overall style color and design be like this?
It looks awesome except I don't want any text. Purple or Blue is fine.
