A fight between two fully realized avatars.
Location: Republic City since it would be neutral and no advantage to either
Restrictions: Avatar State
Both avatars get their respective animals. Roku has Fang and Aang has Appa.
Here's some of their abilites
Avatar Roku:
By age twenty-eight, Roku was a master of all four bending arts and a fully realized Avatar, able to control the Avatar State. Even without accessing the Avatar State's power, he was able to perform blasts of all elements one by one and hold them simultaneously. Among his abilities, he could bend lava and cool it with his breath, move huge amounts of earth or water, quickly tunnel through earth, fly via an Air Nomad glider or mini-tornado, and create a shield of air large enough to cover a whole village. His control was not only powerful but precise - he could leave a single rock pillar standing while he leveled a building, and melt chains on others while leaving them unharmed.[3]
As well as having tremendous control over the elements, Roku was an able combatant. When Fire Lord Sozin tried to strike him down, Roku defeated him so quickly that Sozin did not have the chance to throw a second blow.[1] When channeled through Aang, he easily defeated a large number of firebenders
Avatar Aang:
As a reincarnation of the entity known as the Avatar Spirit, Aang was the spirit of the world in human form. He possessed the power to bend all four elements, making him the strongest and most powerful bender in the world. Because the Avatar Spirit had mastered all the elements many lifetimes over,[56] Aang had exceptional natural bending talents. He could bend more than two elements at the same time.[57] Though Avatar Roku said mastering the elements could take many years, Aang was able to learn all four within a year, though technically he did not completely master all four as stated by Zuko and Toph.[44] As a result of his unconventional training, Aang never demonstrated the special subsets of the bending arts such as lightning, except for redirection, bloodbending, metalbending, or healing. Most Avatars were not told of their status until they were sixteen years of age, but Aang had become a fully-realized Avatar while he was biologically still only twelve years old. Thus he became the youngest known person to do so. As he was chronologically one hundred and twelve years old, Aang also has the distinction of taking the longest to achieve this status
