Could somebody make an avatar out of this? I want to be able to see his face and the handsign at least, effects are welcome as long as the picture retains the same style.

I checked and the hand sign will be cropped out with 200 height. If you still want the hand sign the image will be distorted. So the best size is 150 X 300 as both the face and hand sign will appear in that size.

I have given both sizes you choose.
