Since pretty much all of the GFX shops are legit dead i would like to give this request one final round to whoever can actually do it. I'd like a 150 x 200 image with kid obito and a shine gif like effect across his goggles. If you can't do that then here's a more easier one for ya, I would like the same size image but this time hokage naruto... Yep that's it, But you have to show some sort of effort so make it look pretty. AND if you're one of those people who just enjoy the hell out of photoshop and just want to do this one then by all means go crazy with both. I'll be sitting in wait, very eager to see everyone's talent.

PS: I didn't provide the images i wanted used because usually you all pick the better ones, I'd love to know where you all get such amazing pictures to use because google sure to hell doesn't have em.
