Hello guys I need a new Avatar of Hiei from Yuu Yuu Hakusho.
I have a render and would like if you could do it 150x200 and 150x300 because I maybe get Premium soon.
I also want a cool fitting background and a dotted border (not the longer lines only tiny little dots)
You can also add some effects if they look good on it. ^^
