Well, I currently can't access my computer so i'm unable to make myself an avatar; I need some help. I've got some manga pages and i'm just looking for a very simple design - the picture scaled to fit a 150 x 200 avatar and a simple border (3px white border + 1 px black border), seen

Really good man, except the white border is abit too thick (it should actually only seem to be 2px thick because of the black border on the outside). +rep anyway.
