Hey so i was wondering if someone could make me a gif that 'fades'

between images - ive seen a few which are insanely good and was wondering if someone could help me out - by making into a fading GIF and adding a cool background to each PNG

I have 4 png files here:

They don't have a background and if i added a background then i would have to take out 3 pictures......

So thats why i just painted them white.....

also i had to remove the Ace pic...
