Avatar request. Its time

Its time for me to change my avatar but i have one problem. i have no idea how to create cool avatars so i turn to my fellow shinobis. I want a pic of kakashi with the Mangekyo Sharingan and i would like the Sharingan to glow kinda like it does on my current avatar. the rest doesn't really matter just make it cool, dont want to bother u guys that much, +rep and my thanks as Reward.
