ok so i made this account today. and a few minutes ago someone(new btw) with the same avatar said i copied him. now i looked on google for a pic of kabuto, and this is the first i saw. so im going to assume he got it from the same place. now even though we got it from the same place, but he was here first(he only had like 40 post) do i have to change my pic, or do i tell him to go screw himself?

Uh yeah, you are definitly allowed to use the same avatar as other members. As long as the avatar wasn't bought by kumi or made by the other user. But this doesn't seem to be the case here >_>

Tsk high unlikely.. Ask him if he as the PSD of the avatar(PSD means the file that contains the work of the things he have done on the avatar)

Well if he made it then you have to ask permission. It's possible it ended up on google 'coz it searches for whatever you type. What did you type in the search bar?

I haven't found the image on google yet. But from his avatar it looks like it's just fanart that was resized. If the guy did anything, it was probably just resizing an image he found on google

Wow, you don't "put" things on Google kid. Google finds things through URL's and stuff. If he made it, or if it was made for him, you can't use it. It's as simple as that.

Haha! Yes it's my work. Anyone can use it as an avatar I don't mind (Just don't steal credit or I'll steal your very soul)... But to clear things up... I did the work!
