Avatar Problem

When I try to upload an avatar, with a link from another site, it never works.

I try to upload it from my photobucket account and it never works.

When you upload it from your computer, the quality drops a lot...

Help meh! T_T

Are you sure you put the link to the image you want between those tags: [IMG ] [ /IMG]?
answer me this and if that's not the case i will contact an administrator ^^

Lol I know how to use Image tags... -__-

But what they ask is just the link, not the IMG code. And the link never works. T_T
