Avatar problem


well every time i try to put in a new avatar it says failure to upload and this has never happened to me before i erased my old avatar cause i wanted to put it a new one in but it always fails and then i tried it on another profile and deleted my avatar to put in a new one it said failure to save image i mean is something is wrong with naruto base cause my friend also tried it and it happened to him also.

Somebody help me!!!
