I build up chakra in my entire body until I can feel the raiton surging through me. After I've built up the proper chakra levels I begin using the raiton to create a shining essence that comes off my body that can blind an opponent. Once the light temporarily blinds the clone I shoot 4 air palms at the clone that kills it.

Pro.
blinds the opponent thus giving me time to get an open attack.

Con
.......... if you have a partner it could blind him/her too.

Another con is that Hyuuga can just see through this so they wont get blind xd

I quickly create a simple chidori in my left hand then begin charging it up to higher levels. Once that is done I mold the raiton in my palm while moving my hand in front of me in a circular motion. As I move my hand I release a storm of lightning bolts that destroys everything in its path..

Can kill multiple opponents and has deadly striking power.

Con.
Meh, nothing really. Does it count as 2 jutsu since I have to perform chidori first??

Description:This technique requires the user to firstly create a shadow clone, each of them then activate the Lightning Cutter on opposite hands to one another. Connecting the two techniques together, forming a chain of sorts, they are then able to use the resulting beam to slice through objects with great ease.
Note: Must first perform the shadow clone technique.

Create a shadow clone and both of you do Rarikiri. Than using your chakra have them create a lightning chain to connect the lightning blades together and run down the forest. If you dont know shadow clones I will do it for you

I watch as you create a clone right beside me. Once thars done both me and the clone simultaneously create lightning blades, mine in my right hand and the clones in her left. After we've both created the blades we dash through the forest side by side but still about ten feet apart. While running we both mold our lightning blades to branch off our hands and connect between us thus creating a lightning chain that easily cuts through everything between us.

(Raiton: Chidori Shinsō) - One Thousand Birds True Spear

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

Create a chidori and slam it to my clone. Than use your chakra manipulation to have the chidori extend that hurls my clone into the air and than have the end of the spear which my clone is still is on cause a electric explosion sending my clone back to the ground.

I create a chidori in my right hand followed by dashing towards your clone, covering the distance between us in an instant. The second I reach the clone I thrust my chidori in its chest then manipulates it to extend into the air with the clone still attached to the tip. I'd the cause an electrical discharge at the end thus causing an explosion.

Pro.
- Will kill the enemy with the explosion, if the enemy isn't already dead from the chidori's first hit.

Con.
- Needs to be close range.

Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s.

Description: The user will manipulate their lightning chakra in their dominant hand generating electrical bolts of lightning around their forearm and they then jump into the air. The user will then land slamming their palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to 5 meters.

I take out a single katana and begin flowing my raiton chakra throughout it. After doing that I hold the sword out in front of me followed by letting it go and manipulating it to float in front of me. Once it begins floating I mold and manipulate it even further to create 2 physical copies of the blade then controls all three of them to rotate at a high speed. After making them rotate I control them all three to head towards a nearby tree, ine would hit the tree from the left, one from the right, and one would cut straight through the middle.

Instantly after throwing the sword I gather raiton in my left hand and let it charge within my hand and forearm. After a couple seconds of charging l, bolts of lightning would surround my forearm therefore I would instantly leap upwards. After making the leap I would slam my right palm on the ground thus causing several tendrils of lightning shoot through the ground 5 meters all around me.

Can attack and defend in every direction except upward

Con.
A water jutsu can be used to flood the area thus causing me to shock myself.

I focus a large quantity of raiton natured chakra into both of my hands, following that; I would raise both hands in front of me with open palms while manipulating and molding my chakra to seep out and create a wall of electrical force.
I'd let the wall down after about five seconds and without hesitation I charge more chakra into my palms but this time when I hold my hands out I manipulate the raiton in my palm to form several purplish bolts that I shoot forward, after going a few meters each bolt disappears in mid air..

Pro's.:

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow however the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

(Raiton: Kaminari no Shōgeki Ame) - Lightning Release: Lightning Shock Rain

Description: The user manipulates their lightning chakra condensing into a orb of chakra and then releasing it into mid air. The lightning orb will then remain in the air for several seconds releasing a continous rain of lightning bolts shocking any enemy within the radius of the attack.

I quickly gather up a great amount of raiton chakra with my body. I'd then let that built up chakra seep out of my body and manipulate it to form a plasma like barrier around me. While the barrier is up I perform a hand sign while forming an orb of lightning in my hand that I shoot into the air. Once its in the air I control it to begin shooting countless lightning bolts in all directions.

I charge up a chidori in my right hand while grabbing a large shuriken with my left, after that I'd put the shuriken into my right hand and manipulates the chidori into the shuriken then throws it at a clone thus paralyzing it.

I let my raiton chakra seep into the sky which in turn allows me to create a cloud out of thin air. With the cloud now made I manipulate my raiton chakra within it in order to make 8 bolts of lightning crash down on you.

I begin charging raiton throughout my entire body followed by letting it seep out into the air in order to form countless orbs all around reaching all the way to mid range. Once the orbs are created I make them all release lightning that connects to all the orbs thus shocking everything with the area of the orbs. While your being shocked I jump into the air while charging raiton into my right hand. I'd then come down onto your paralyzed body in order to Pierce your chest with my hand.

- can paralyze as many ppl that are between the orbs thus giving me a chance to attack without fear of a counter.

- I'm not to sure what a downside to this jutsu would be.
