[Question] avatar doesnt move

I found a picture of naruto.
It is a gif with movement/animated gif.
He makes a rasengan, jumps and throws it in the camera.
However, when i upload it as avatar, it doesnt have movement.
It becomes just a frozen picture.

How can I solve this?

edit: I have put it in my signature now, to show how it is suppose to look.
It works in the signature, not in the avatar for some reason.

First i did the url and it didnt work.
Than i tryed uploading it from the pc and it didnt work.
Maybe it just cant work.

use easy gif animator and make it a bit smaller like mine :scorps:

Check the length that is permitted here for gifs.
Yours might be either larger in size as pixels or in the size as capacity.
