Even though I am so happy that the Byakugan is finaly getting some deserved attention, I would like to
make this thread and mention Guy as well.
He seems to be forgotten if I take a look at the threads that are made.
He is gonna use the night moth.
His final attack.
We wont see a Dragon or Phoenix, but I am not bothered by that.
We can be quite sure now the right words of the evening elephant
were evening and not night, as in some translations.
A moth is a nocturnal creature.
I find the moth a very fitting animal for Guy his final attack.
Moths are often used as symbols for death.
Moths are often denoted as symbols of death from cultures all over the world. It was believed that moths were actually the souls of deceased people who came back during Qing Ming to visit their loved ones. Depending on the legend, the souls either possessed the insects, or were the physical manifestation of the soul itself. This is rooted in a Taoist belief, from the Book of Transformation by Tan Qiao. The belief is that existence is dependent entirely upon an emptiness of void in the universe. The emptiness becomes spirit, the spirit becomes breath, breath becomes form, and then the form returns to the void once its life is over, only to repeat again.
