You're misinterpreting Hinata's character as well as Sakura's. Not only that, but you're taking scenes out of proportion and under proportion. Please re-read the manga and try not to look at it from a "pairing" point of view, it can and will screw with your logical thinking. You'll also enjoy the manga much more. Trust me, I've done the same exact thing you are doing when it came to Bleach. Man, was I a trash talker.
