Attempting to establish why Kimmimaro can defeat Tsunade

I'm not going to say I agree, but I don't disagree either. You didn't mention how Kimi would be able to react to Tsunade's groundbreaking attacks (such as Heaven Kick of Pain or the one finger attack she used to split the ground vs Naruto). Messing up your enemies footing can be a huge factor in a fight because it could lead her to be able to make contact with her medical ninjutsu that rearranges the signals being sent to body parts. If Tsunade manages to land that hit, she could easily land a devastating blow or have Katsuyu melt him down because Kimimaro's mobility would be significantly impaired. I have a bit more to say that I could back with some scans, but I'm on mobile atm.

You assume she can't heal head damage, but it was nowhere in the manga hinted she can't. In fact, Tsunade herself stated she can heal all of her organs. The brain was an organ last time I checked.

I think she defeats Kimimaro with mid difficulty. Nothing in his arsenal can take her down and he lacks the stamina to force Tsunade to overuse her seal. Eventually he gets outlasted.

Well NV durability does not work with same with us, Lee can't "kill" Tsunade; Kisame was in one piece after taking a Hirudora Tsunade would tank whatever Lee has.

Unless he can use a tanto at gates state, he can't win.

1. Give me a page where Tsunade has done so. I'm sorry, I only believe in hype when there are feats to back it up. My point is, Tobi stated Pain was unbeatable and Pain was beaten by Sennin Modo Naruto. Tsunade stated she can heal any organ, yet she's never been struck by a Headshot. As such, I'm not inclined to believe her. Common sense also plays a part here; if your brain is obliterated, you can't do anything. Nothing. Nada.
2. No character 'stands still and allows themselves to be hit'. If either of these combatants are to defeat the other, they're going to have to earn hits, and Kimmimaro is more than capable of weakening Tsunade to the point where he can blitz her with Tessenka no Mae.
3. Her Bijuu sized slug is going to be constantly pierced by a bone, at least shortening her already summon time by half. I'd argue it's hard to punch the ground while impaled by a bone. With no knowledge, Tsunade is not going to know what's happening when Kimmimaro uses the technique.

Since Kimi has no intel on Tsunade's strength I assume he would try to engage her in CqC. Replace Lee with Tsunde whose punches and kicks in Byakugo, with some prep time, while the target was fighting multiple opponents are susanoo busters. GG Kimi.

That entire time Kimmimaro was holding back; in fact, he only began to take the battle more seriously when he entered CE1 vs. Gaara. Oh, and I fixed it for you.

You also forgot the scan where in CE2 Kimmimaro survived a direct kick from the neck from Lee, who had prep time, without even batting an eyelash. If it wasn't for Gaara's sand managing to slip in Lee's skull might have even been crushed by Kimmi's tail.

I'd like to argue that in CE2, if Tsunade just managed to get past dance of the pine, the impact of her punch, already shortened significantly, would be absorbed by Kimmimaro's bone masks.
