The manga quality is pretty bad, only read it if you really want to know where the story is going.
I kind of like the manga though, it has allot of dialogue.

Yes read it , there's nothing wrong with the art unless you're picky , you can watch the anime first then go to the manga anyways .

A lot of people complain about the illustration quality in the manga but personally i find it tolerable. There is a lot of dialogue in certain chapters so if you liked mangas like Deathnote you should be fine. The anime is really good as well but it only goes through around chapter 30 (currently on chapter 60 in manga) so be prepared to wait if you want to just watch the anime. Regardless, enjoy!
