Do you guys think that the whole world is infested by Titans? What's happening with the rest of the world? They only live on one part of it, what about all of the other continents? Have they changed? Are there more people or just nothing but titans?

They at least inhabit a good part of the land outside the walls. Everywhere they have gone there has been a lot of titans.

Yes there are other villages outside of the wall, and there are titans as well ... They are everywhere. Actually there are more than just titans ... Spoiler.
