I've started the anime recently, and I've already caught up to the current episode (#14). This anime is already one of my favourites, I haven't started the manga though because the anime quality is really good. My question is, on what day of the week is the new episode normally released?

It's usually released today (I mean on Saturdays, lol), in 4-6 hours.

Saturdays at 5. The manga comes out every month on Saturday as well, I believe.
