So as this goes beyond the scope of the anime and is current with the most recent chapter this week, i will be responsible and post all of my following remarks in spoiler tags
There are some easy predictions to make, that lots of us share, so i'll get past those obvious first. I think its a safe bet to assume that Grishi (eren's father) is actually from the same group that came outside of the wall (think Reiner, Bertold, Annie, Marcel etc etc). He was found outside the wall with either no memory, or pretending to have no memory. I believe he either rebelled or something from them. Thats a fairly safe bet at this point, and I predicted that WAY before we learned he is from outside the walls.
However I believe it goes so much deeper, down to the whole "what caused the titans origins?" story.
I'm 99% sure that the first king intentionally destroyed the world. He was attempting to rid the world of all chaos and make this small world thats a utopia (well, for the rich at least). Its no coincidence that there were only 2 families left in the world that weren't susceptible to the Reis Families memory tampering. The ackermans, and the asians were those families as we know. We also know that the walls were constructed by some "origin" titan who created the colossal ones inside the walls. We ALSO know that titans can inherit the powers of others by devouring them.
I think that at some point down the road, fairly early after the titans first were created, several people didn't go inside of the walls. These would be people from reiners "homeland". I do not know that this is the ONLY settlement outside of the walls, nor do i know the size of this group. However I do believe that for whatever reason, they want eren in order to gain control of the titans and get the world back to how it was before. For all we know, there could be PLENTY of survivors outside of the wall, but the wall inhabitants were lied to.
Ok, now finally, I am pretty sure that the human in control of the beast titan, is Grisha's brother. We only saw little of him, but I'm pretty sure this is the case. The troubling thing, is that the beast titan doesn't seem to be WITH bertold and reiner, they have to "find" him, as we discovered with his conversation with ymir.
However, we also know that he wasn't sure if the humans he encountered spoke his same tongue, which leads me to suspect that he is from outside the wall, but maybe NOT with reiners group. It is possible that him and grisha (who we KNOW was a titan who also looked beastly) came from titans. We know that ymir was a titan before she ate marcel and gained shifter status. Does that mean she was a titan from the beginning and recently became a human? Or does it mean that she was a human, got turned into a titan at the start of all of this, and then became a human again? But she said she was a titan for 60 years, which wouldn't add up. Was she born a titan? Can titans be born? we know that humans can be turned into titans by the beast titan, but these are different and can live off moonlight alone.
I'm done speculating, and i'll get to my predictions: I predict that The beast titans host took the power from the origin titan. He perhaps ate him, but this is why he can make titans like the origin titan created the wall titans. I predict that him and grisha are brothers, and its possible that they were both titans who ate a titan shifter. I predict that reiners group actually wants to destroy the walled world in order to take out the reiss family and restore the world using erens power. I think that grisha either escaped that group, or his brother, and was working on creating his own titan syrums in order to fight back, but then the wall came down.
Oh and wouldn't it be kinda cool if the "first king" turned out to be hitler trying to rid the world of other races, and all tech was lost when everything went down, and that this was an alternate history? It would fit the german setting and mixture of old tech and new tech. Anyway,
