So the past two days I started watching Attack on Titan and thought it was pretty awesome. I finished the anime and read all the manga chapters too.

I can't help but think the Ape Titan is a human. It may even be Eren's dad.

What do you guys think of the Ape Titan? Or anything else that's happening at the moment?

Could be.

I'm sorta thinking that it was a person who acted as a test subject in the early stages of testing and maybe due to the excessive testing it grew hair and became primitive like.

No, I don't think so.

Check out my theories on the manga. I'm working on a new theory, but some people recommended taking my time till there are about 2-3 chapters out.

I believe the Ape Titan is one of Mankind's experiments to create a perfect biological weapon. They accidentally gave it too much intelligence, and thus the "Smart Titans" escaped the facilities. The rest is explained in my theories.

I think the Ape Titan might end up being the main villain of the series.

I think it might be Eren's dad. It also looks like it's in control of the other titans. Who else can be that smart?

It probably will be. Its certainly the most intelligent titan and perhaps it may be smarter than all of the humans too.

It's really hard to say dude. We still have no idea where they came from, what their real goal is (bertholdt made it clear that it wasn't just slaughter). Personally I also don't believe erens dad is a titan, I feel like he might b involved in the wall cult

No idea. I just know that the Ape Titan is bounded by no rules or another Titan. Its (or should I say "his") reckless demeanor makes it obvious that it's a badass and is on top. The Ape Titan has no sympathy for humans like the Armored Titan and the Colossal Titan--Ryner and that other guy. That makes me believe that it was never human.

The original titans’ sole purpose is to torment humanity, that their are pure evil, malevolent beings and the shifters obey out of fear because they are ridiculously powerful. I think the titans inside the walls are the originals and the Ape was tasked to wake them after 100 years.

Good point but none of the other humanoid titans have sympathy for Reiner, Berthold, Eren, or Ymir either.

I hope that Reiner and Berthold switch sides. I don't get why they attacked the walls in the first place. I understand that they have to find a 'coordinate' but why are they capturing Eren?

I think all the titans are like programmed to destroy humans. Of course, youd need titans that are in charge of the others that control them. Ones like eren and the ape titan. Some of the titans sympathized with the humans and formed the walls to protect the human.

Im just guessing Lol

For some reason I feel like the humans did something to deserve this :/

The humanoid Titans aren't intelligent like the Ape Titan is. The Ape Titan spoke and understood the threat of 3D Manuever Gear.
Reiner and Berthold are responsible for countless human deaths, as well as their suffering. They could switch sides, but no one besides the soldiers who graduated with them would accept them. Mikasa is a hardass, so she probably wouldn't forgive them.
I would like for those two to end up being fodders in comparison to the Ape Titan and other unknown, formidable Titans that have yet to be shown.

All the titans were originally human (maybe). Connie confirmed the possibility of titans being originally human.

I can't quote people for whatever reason.

So @ItachiLeeHatake, why do you want them to be fodderized?
