Captain Erwin will use the serum, on himself. So Titan erwin will face the beast, and Levi+ Eren+ Mikasa are taking down the colossal.

Tho don't forget Reiner is coming back. Damn, they're really cornered.

I must hand it to the mangaka, he's the only I know that can make something as indifferent as everyday objects useful weapons and use them in such a badass way. My prediction is that in next chapter, Eren will manage to control the Titans, the only deus x machina solution that can be accepted. The fight will be more like titans vs titans and the Bestial Titan will have to retreat.
