Hey guys I thought it would be good to have a centralized or even a simple thread for making a compilation of random thoughts regarding the story.


Basically, I was wondering what creative thoughts or events you think will happen as well as ones you'd like to happen!



For example,


1. I think it would be interesting to run into a group of Orientals (I think that's the term for Asians in this series). Mikasa is.generally hyped as "The Last Asian," so I thought it would be cool if we ran into some small collective of Orientals existing outside of the walls (either completely out or having moved onto the fallen wall Maria).


2. I'd also think it would be cool if someone took down one of the larger sized Titans (15 meter) without 3-D Maneuver Gear.... Would be pretty badass. I'm not saying they make a habit of ot, but it happens just once..

3. I'm guessing once we get back into the walls, we will learn the wall history and the location of Reiner's village.

4. The next arc will be fighting Reiner's village

5. The last act will likely be recovering Wall Maria. We will likely learn the history of titans in the basement, and will probably end the series knowing humanity has just taken the first step into reclaiming their world. Though we may also end up going past the Maria wall since Eren and Armin always wanted to.




Deaths...



1. Irwin will likely die... Replaces by Armin as strategist

2. Haness will die next chapter

3. Levi will probably end up dying giving way for Mikasa to be the Ace. He'll be with Petra :T_T:

4. I could see Sasha or Connie dying... Sadly taking one of our comedians.

5. I can see Historia dying (tragic I am aware).

6. Bertholdt... Just a feeling.

7. Mikasa/Eren based on the opening chapter with the whole goodbye... It seems like one of them might die. Considering Mikasa said bye and Eren began crying... Likely Mikasa. Alternatively it could be Eren loses his humanity due to having to constantly shift... Mikasa kills him out of respect to Eren's desire to "kill them all".

8. Ape Titan.... He's gonna fall!

9.,Mom Titan... Cause Eren is going to flip shit and overkill that thing.



A last thought, but does anyone else think its possible Reiner will turn on his village. He's had his split personality and a struggle against himself. If Historia dies... I could legitimately see him switching sides.


I figured this would be fun since we have to wait every month for new discussion. That way we could use this thread to talk about things we'd like to see happen while waiting!

Where does the Ape Titan and the Wallists fit in though? I'm guessing somewhere between fighting in Reiner's village and reclaiming Wall Maria?

And damn most of my faves might die. Tbh I would add Jean, the way his character is going, I could see him dying protecting Eren or Mikasa. :T_T:

This manga/anime doesn't hold back any deaths like other series like Naruto for example well atleast right now.. I would be so bummed out if either Mikasa, Eren, or Levi die.. actually any of the trainees just more for the ones I listed.

@KGB what do you think is going to happen next chapter? Do you think they'll kill the titan that ate Eren's mom? I have a feeling Eren might lose himself with rage and try to kill that titan when he's supposed to be retreating with the others which might set up a tragedy of someone dying.. it also may give the chance for the

I, myself, would continue reading it. Levi dying would just make the series more interesting, keeps on your toes, never knowin' who might die next. @_@

What if in the manga for at the end of a chapter they have the ape titan with like a whole family of titans like him...or the miner is the ape titan and his friend is also one. And when he came back he was checking on humanity to see if they progressed?

I'm guessing when we get back from this current expedition we will regroup with Sasha. Then we will likely see Historia go and receive the information she has by birthright. Ymir will likely be taken into custody due to recent happenings, and will give out the location of Reiner's home. This will cover the wall history, and set up the march on Reiner's group (humanity's greatest threat and takes precedence over Maria).

The Ape Titan is hard... I don't think he has ties to Reiner's group so my bet is we will see him after they deal with the threat of Reiner's village.


He is either going to come into play when reclaiming the wall Maria, or if they have some final tiny bit in which they finally explore new land for the first time (Eren st least), they'll likely go to deal with him there (for example, if the basement's contents reveal an origin point that may be close). They'll likely also use this as a chance to pardon Ymir if she cooperates.

If he's some form of original Titan I could see him having some holding in the foundations in Titans.


The death list was HORRIBLE to make.... Most of these are people love too... I've thought about Jean too... I could see him dying for love, or because he knows Eren means a lot to her.

I also though Pixis finally being eaten by a beautiful Titan like he jokes about.




I've also been contemplating some happening with the King. Wouldn't be surprised if he had some knowledge on what's going on. Would be a good point to develope the Military police with people like that gung-ho kid.


Any thoughts on Annie?! Part of me has wondered if she could end up being an asset. Hard to say since she's basically revolving around seeing her father.

That's pretty much what I could see. He'd make some comment about how things are going to get messy which posses him off, and just stay there to fight titans.

just imagine his final words as something cynical like, "What a mess..."

I'm aware of how sad this is.... I did kill basically everyone. It's a dark manga. These are just people I could see dying. Doesn't mean they all do.

I think that could be cool if they reveal some form of final faction that has a noticeable control over Titans.

My guess is it would be some collective of scientists though. The Ape Titan seemed rather sophisticated, but also not in touch with human technology as of late.

Honestly this is what I've been seeing...

1. Haness will make the stupid decision to fight instead of freeing Eren (or there simply isn't time). He gets Munchlaxed.

2. Agreed... Eren will lose it. He's going to go complete overkill...

3. Jean will most likely pick up Mikasa since she's stuck.

4. I don't think Reiner/Bertholdt will recapture Eren. They probably will have to retreat with Bertholdt in danger.

5. My largest question is what will Eren's rage cause.... I could see worst case it kills Irwin. Possibly just some folders, but a multitude of them. I honestly find a 104th death unlikely here.

6. By the end of this chapter I'm guessing they get back home.



I could see this rage form happening... Though no fire obviously (unless that's his special power). But the concept that rage mode makes him a titan basically (and he was shouting I'll destroy the world) could foreshadow him dying by losing humanity. If it happens.



Also, a random thought, but if it is true that Eren ate someone... I'd say it could have been his father when he was injected with the shot. He finds out in the basement maybe based on records.

Hahaha Levi shows up and kills the things causing the whole division a problem.


I'd say he may end up soloing a stronger Titan. Possibly one from Reiner's home. Afterall, it is good to note that the Tehee (Reiner, Bertholdt, Annie) were seemingly warriors... Who may be taking a right of passage test. Meaning there could be stronger Warriors in the village.

Anyways, there is way too many hints of them being good for them to end up doing this all for the fun of it. Well at least imo. u_u

I would say the King is related to Historia and the Wallists. Wasn't it stated that Historia was from an important family? I could see his ancestors being behind the walls made out of Titans which is how they became Kings, obviously they kept it between family members since if anyone figures it out, they would be disgusted by the fact that they're being protected by Titans from Titans and might even be afraid and try to kill them all.

To make it clear... I don't think there is a single good or evil in this series unless you count the mindless Titans. Obviously Reiner's grouo has some goal that they feel and can easily be just.


My point is the methods they are using is causing the collapse of humanity. Or at least the assumed collapse if this is truly all that remains.


Historia belongs to the family name of Reiss which is a notable royal family/noble family, but also one that has access to the Wallist information. She is either a child born out of wedlock, or a "bastard child" (one born basically from adultery) and was forced to take a false identity.


But yeah the King has ties to the cult and possibly Historia. My guess is part of the actions of Reiner's grouo goes against them. It's hard to say how many arcs are left after it being said the plan is to end the manga with 20 volumes. But I could see some action in which the King is urssurped.... Possibly bringing respect to the Military Police and representing what Marco would have done.

Jean is just a badass and a realist... Hopefully it doesn't come to that, but I can see it.

Eren's dad is obviously from the clan but went to the walls instead just like Annie. He married a human women so Eren's ability to shape shift into a titan might have been disturbed.

Now Reiner's trying to take captive of Eren so they can have as much allies as they can to defeat the ape's clan.

I entirely agree with Reiner's clan. My guess is they are moving to protect their own interests (themselves). Though I'd say the Ape Titan is some form of ancient Titan.

Dr. Jaeger is likely someone who has come across the Shifter Clan throughout his travels. Possibly they want Eren for both an ally, and maybe even access to the Jaeger basement.

Yeah, what I meant is humanity doesn't seem to be the target, they seem to have geniunely enjoyed the company of their friends. What I'm trying to say is they're trying to survive the Ape Titan. If Humanity was the only thing they were worried about then doing all what they've done was not necessary. They could've blended in, or come out clean like Eren, or simply not take the "Titan's secret". Considering Ymir stole it, I'm guessing Reiner, Bertholt, and Annie chose to get it. Basically their afraid of the Ape Titan and are trying to survive it using the "coordinate". Humanity just being collateral damage.

Oh yeah, perhaps the King needed some connections to help keep the secret safe, Reiss being one of those connections probably. I would've agreed but so far only Annie has shown to hold a grudge against MP, Bertholt and Reiner haven't mentioned the King or MP. Imo the King is the one behind the Wallists, Walls, MP's corruptness and etc.

I agree, it would be a shame to see him die.
