I wasn't expecting it to end so soon, especially with its popularity. Then again, they are catching up quite fast to the manga so they need a hiatus to avoid making fillers.

Hopefully they'll pick it up again for season 2 in a few years.

The anime season is ending for AOT , since they were booked for 25 episodes , I'm not reading the manga so i don't know how far ahead are they or if it's enough to come up with a second season , I don't think it will take years since the popularity the series got was because of the anime ,the series has so much momentum I'm sure the wait for new episodes won't be long . #Keep it Classy .

I hope they hurry tho , cause i don't want to read the manga o_0 .

People just realized it was going to be a 25 episode season? lawl. Like others said, another season probably won't be coming for a year or 2. The anime is going to end covering half of the manga.

Dunno why everyone is so surprised, it was announced ages ago that the season would only be 25 episodes. Second season probably won't come out any time soon since the manga is monthly meaning it would take ages to get enough material for a second season.
