I'm undecided on Armin voice.(I'm use to him sounding like a girl, tbh) He has that scary person tone, but still meh. I think the guy who play Alibaba from Magi would do great.

Annie is good.

Back to Mikasa.. her voice doesn't match her facial expression.

None of them bad. Only Mikasa is weird because it doesn't match her expression. That's probably because we look at her as a emotionless character. Therefore, we're looking for a emotionless voice.

Josh Grelle for Armin, he is the one who did Yuki voice from Future Diary and Komatsu from Toriki, Mikasa voice actor Trina Nishimura who has done mizune voice from Soul Eater? Any Idea who will be Eren now?

Annie sounds really, really, really good.
Levi's also fine.
Hanji's voice is disgusting.
Mikasa... she sound's too dramatic, too emotional, too... yeah. It isn't bad at all, but it just doesn't fit Mikasa's character.
Armins voice...... Meh.

But to be fair, overall these dubs are really, really good.

Soo far i really like most of the dubs, I guess we just have to see how it all fits together. The most important dub will ultimately be Erens.
