Those are the rules to enter but I am confused about the screenshot one. Does that mean to take a picture of all of the pictures on your computer?

It's very easy to take a screenshot of your screen by just pressing a button on your keyboard. Im pretty sure you have this button on your keyboard, even if you are using a laptop.

Just press ..

You must be registered for see images

and open Paint, and paste it.

EDIT: But im not sure what are you actually asking ... What you just need to do actually to take a screenshot of your album that you wish to submit. Tho, it is optional.
