i forgot about that too. also when he fought tsunade he was able to still move his arms a little bit which doesnt make any sense. he might as well have cut off his arms and implanted someone elses

re-read the manga and re-watched the anime. There was a large group searching for Naruto. Iruka just happened to be the ONLY one other than Mizuki to find him

Oh actually you're right. But it's stupid because if they really wanted to recover the scroll they would've used a tracker ninja who would've caught up to naruto In like 3 minutes
