Not really. Kishi stated that him and Sasuke were equal. If you look at the paralles, you would see that:

CM + 3T Sharingan = Kyuubi Mode

Mangekyo Sharingan = Sage Mode

Bijuu Mode/KCM = Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan

RSM/Yang SO6P Chakra = 6T Sharinnegan/Yin SO6P Chakra

Plus, he got dominated by Madara before he got RSM and before Madara got Juubi Mode. But anyhoo, Naruto wouldn't have defeated Nagato and Itachi with KCM or BM. If it wasn't for Itachi, Naruto would've been dead and the war would've been over before Naruto can moan out Sasuke's name.

Most Itachi wan*kers are a breed like no other... except maybe your average chihuahua.

Three things:

1) ABC logic doesn't work. Itachi doesn't use CT so that's about as relevant as a brick in field of cows.
2) Naruto was talking to Bee, and the former always low-key condescends his allies.
3) Note that I say most likely, not definitely.

the moment the manga labelled "Naruto" mean he is the winner in the end :lol

anyway Naruto had defeated Pain with better version than one Nagato. If not Bee get in his way, Naruto would've summoned Ma and Pa and fusing with them since he has already conquered Kurama chakra, so there is no way Kurama will able to rebel Ma and Pa out of Naruto shoulder.
Not only that but his chakra mode is way too haxxed that it can use as a shield for Ma and Pa and they can perform any sage mode ability to COMPLETELY DESTROY Nagato and Itachi both together low diff.

Naruto was decisively above him with Bijuu Mode, but KCM Naruto certainly wasn't on Itachi's level. Itachi hard-countered all of Nagato's abilities, easily reacted to SM Kabuto's attacks that Initial EMS Sasuke could not and Initial EMS Sasuke was KCM Naruto's peer, and is easily tactically superior and more experienced than KCM Naruto is.
