What the title said. Imo Roger can defeat the weakest ones (like Kizaru and Fujitora) by mid-high diff, he can defeat the average ones (BM, Blackbeard, Aokiji) high diff, and the strongest one (Kaido) with high-extreme diff.

Dude akainu=Roger didn't you get the memo jk but there's gonna ppl dumb enough to say that but I'd say he beats everyone high to extreme diff. Fuji probably is the weakest of them. Akainu, Aokiji and kizaru get high diff. I'm not sure about shanks but he's likely gonna fair better than the admirals and kaido would give an extreme diff fight.big mom keeps getting more hype each chapter and BB is a mystery for his exact power level atm but due to his relative inexperience id say high not extreme

Most of the criminal view Kaido as the strongest and that is likely due to his clashes with WB and his inability to be killed. Shanks got infamous & feared due to his initial clashes with Mihawk.
Roger was the strongest there was but he almost got killed by Garp numerous times. Just because you are the strongest doesn't mean you have to be another level compared to everyone else.

Was there Yonkou before Shanks?
Prime Roger would have hard time with Admirals like Kizaru, Aokiji and Akainu. Same goes to Yonkou. Even Shanks. Current Shanks is as strong as Prime Roger and Prime Garp.

People who keep melding the pirate king with other top tiers seriously need to read another serie. Roger will win with some variance of high difficulty, no more no less with a slight possibility of beating the weakest of the bunch at mid difficulty and another to beat the strongest of the bunch at very high difficulty, but it'd never reach extreme. Whitebeard was the only exception

Assuming Roger is stronger than them all(and this is purely assumption no matter how much wank you'll see here, such as below), it'd vary between high and extreme diff.

Except i changed my mind. I don't think Roger can mid diff a top tier anymore. I have them as a high diff win for him. I'm just saying that there is still a slight possibility for him to mid diff the weakest of the bunch which is more believable than someone claiming a top tier other than Whitebeard can push Roger to extreme diff in a manga where it has been mentioned countless times that Whitebeard was his only equal, said Whitebeard mentioned to be without a single doubt the strongest alive, the closest to one piece and what not, all things not even close to imply an extreme diff battle. As mentioned countless times already what people don't understand is that yonko is only for the guys standing in statut-quo with one another when the pirate king beats them all up and reign supreme and that can only be possible if there was a certain gap between the pirate king and them, not possible with an extreme diff kind of battle that comes to the possibility of losing. BS of the highest caliber

The World's Strongest man beating the Admirals/Yonko 10/10 extreme diff doesn't take away from his title at all. "Closest to One Piece," "King of the seas," yadda ****ing yadda. An inch closer to One Piece is still closer. People overestimate the gap between generations with no proper basis, nothing new.
The use of common sense is needed. We know that Kaido right now is the strongest which no one can refute. But we can see from big mom that she rates WB as the top dog back in his prime after roger died etc. so it's only logical that prime wb and roger who are equals to be able to high diff ppl like akainu and other admirals or top tiers in their prime. They are a step above the regular top tier which doesn't throw the power balance of the story away. Extreme diff is meant to mean they are essentially even which isn't the case and BIg mom's words only validate that more than ever.
