at what diff does Itachi defeat blind madara?

He didn't tank anything, his arm fell off and his entire body was bleeding. Exploding Clone has a faster expansion, meaning there is more force behind it, meaning Madara loses more than just his arm.

Just because it has a faster expansion, doesn't mean it will do more damage or that it wil make more force. It will depend on how powerful the explosion is, how much any thermal energy that explosion outputs. Exploding clones just seemed to be a regular explosion, and they weren't shown to be as powerful as 9 bijuu atacking at once.

the proof is in the kabuto fight.

In the kabuto fight every time kabuto did a quick attack Itachi always managed to react before Sasuke could. Itachi protected him from muki tensie, and Sage art white extreme attack.

And don't be counted when he fused with juugo, and naruto and when he had impartial sage mode because of that, because that was a fusion and sasuke can't do that on his own
