Funny thing about that, you can't make yourself taller but your posture can. I've been 5'2 most of my life but after doing yoga I'm 5'3 now. Did I grow? No, but I'm more flexible and have a straighter posture now.

I'm 6'1 and I stopped growing for now after sophomore year. I'm 17 so I think I'll probably grow some more before I turn 21. My 15 year old brother is taller than me now by a few inches.
