That's no different than Naruto vs Sasuke it was a draw. Neither could move Naruto was just talking big which in turn Sasuke respected and said he lost.

This is pretty much true. It was more a draw. If it's been a clear victory for sasuke before(with sasuke left standing) why would it not be a draw when they're both lying there in the same physical state. I get people saying sasuke said he lost and he was crying but it's understandable, Could you imagine the weight that was lifted off his shoulders and mind when he finally just let go of his anger and drive for revenge?
