He does exert himself to the point where he cannot do anymore. Which can be considered suicidal recklessness I guess.

Ever since Itachi's death, he has abandoned strategy and just throws out his strongest jutsu, and keeps doing it over and over until his enemy is dead, although that's not true for all his fights.

I feel confident that Sasuke will gain a new power or jutsu before the battle with him and naruto..Who knows maybe he already has one or two..but besides that i doubt sasuke would suicide even if there's wasn't anything that wanted him to keep going forward.
