Doesn't it:

> Require new moderators that'll be more prompt to heed to tasks at hand?

> A change of staff; which will refresh it from within and provide new ideas that'll strongly benefit and satisfy other members?

> Need to commence assessing its moderation team; as to whom have slacked and not attended to threads that are out of topic and aim to cause havoc and disruption on the base?

Actually they are more than enough, but the problem is people report way less than they used to and the mods don't exactly rush to do stuff quickly.

Quality being:

> Are they invigorating the site or trying some means to satisfy members

> Are they appreciated?

Edit: they are quite appreciated. But honestly, the moderators we currently have aren't feeling the job anymore. It doesn't take a lot of insight to see that. They're constantly offline and when they're on they rarely respond. If new moderators were to appear. I don't care if someone as insular as Riker was to be appointed; some change would occur. What happened to the competitions and award ceremonies?

New members will be coming in with Boruto and if that continues; I guess that's their problem but I'm being insightful here. They're not bothered about the outcomes.

Who's Skorm, by the way? Does he go by that name here, or it's like with Jean Grey being known as Ira?

Anyways, if Skorm has been doing a good job; he should be paid some recognition by the moderators. Speaking of which; there are no incentives for moderators to carry on pouring their hearts out into this site. No one's really acknowledging them or rewarding their hard-work, is there?

From a business perspective; it's blatantly obvious workers can go the extra mile if that extra mile is even a tiny bit recognised and praised.

So, that's another thing. No one's really paying recognition, so that tends to discourage them a little. If Riker, somehow becomes the mod, or by some huge miracle, Pumpkin Ninja, I'm sure they could figure out a way to keep mods happy and active

He is red for Administration, but he has a more special position and far more power than the other two administrators. He oversees all the Mods and among other things unrelated to the topic. V is top dog, he runs the site.
